7 September, 2014 – the day I, Daniel James Trimmer Mathewson, was officially christened!

Our house was buzzing that morning. My family from Oz-land had come over for my special day. Mum and Dad were getting me ready upstairs, whilst the big guys cooked up some mischief in the garden! I was eager to get down there and do my ‘cute-thing’ – it goes down well with the ladies, and bonus, I get cuddled to distraction. An opportunity not to be missed, I say! : ) I have to say though, these Christening’s are tiring business … I needed a well earned nap at the end!

Christening held at Martin Luther Kirche in Stretford, with a good and proper shin-dig at The Didsbury, Didsbury Village.
